I love finding the details that make a gathering feel personal. Sometimes that means keeping things soft and simple; other times, there’s room for color and a little drama. I take my cues from the people we’re celebrating, the setting and the occasion, then design from there

    Before I think about flowers or table settings, I think about what’s being celebrated and how I want people to feel when they arrive. A proposal for two calls for something different from a gathering of family and friends. I design each setting around that moment, with room for everyone to relax and enjoy it.
